Cognitive Behavioural Coaching  is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health, wellness and wellbeing. CBC focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems such as anxiety, panic attacks, lack of confidence, self-esteem, shyness, limiting beliefs and fear.

1. Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) is an effective approach supporting you to notice and change problematic habits and thinking patterns, that focuses on thoughts and beliefs that affect negative and unhelpful feelings and behaviours.              

Cognitive behavioral coaching empowers you by challenging you to identify and explore the doubts and perceptions that are holding you back in a meaningful and constructive way. CBC coaching is a wonderful way to get clear on your thoughts, feelings beliefs, and attitudes, to understand yourself better. Developing a deeper understanding of options to approach daily emotionally challenging situations with confidence clarity and calm with the adoption of new habits and ways of thinking that serve you in a more positive way.
CBC coaching focuses not only on how we feel but on how we think about what happens to us and how we behave as a result of the way we feel and think. It takes a look a whether our thinking and behaviors are helping our situation or keeping us stuck in unhelpful thought processes. This model of coaching will support you to look at how you can change the way you think and act as a result.
