1. Coaching can help build resilience, improve decision-making skills, navigate change more effectively, improve communication skills, achieve goals, and create work-life balance. It can also contribute to shaping organisational strategy and creating a happier and more engaged workforce.
As a LIfe Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider, and Mental Health Strategic Lead, I assist and support workforces to support their staff on an emotional level. By providing coaching and training on mental health and wellbeing, I help staff to develop the skills and strategies they need to manage workplace stress, anxiety, overwhelm low level mental health challenges with holistic support. I can also work with individuals to help them set and achieve personal and professional goals, to develop their skills and competencies in areas such as communication, leadership, and teamwork.

"Bianca has supported our workforce by providing one-on-one coaching sessions, group training sessions, and ongoing support for our staff. She also developed a tailored coaching program, that addressed the specific needs and challenges team members were experiencing. Bianca helped our organisations to create a culture of well-being and support, where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered, and naturally motivated staff she coached to achieve their full potential." - Homesbury Secondary

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and organisations to deliver an inclusive holistic approach to organisational wellbeing, particularly within education, entrepreneurial and corporate sector. My focus is on cultivating a positive and supportive environment that promotes mental health and wellness within the workforce, endorsing the message that mental health is as important as safeguarding.

I am always open to conversations with new potential clients, seeking to connect with a Coach to further support their staff with the embedding of a coaching provision as part of organisational culture, to achieve positive impacts of robust wellbeing and wellness support for staff.
